with F1 in Schools, which has been nothing short of extraordinary. As a Queensland
Champion and National Finalist, his team has pushed the limits of design,
enterprise and engineering, proving that the future of STEM belongs to today's
young innovators.
Leo Kang
Leo Kang is 16 and is in Grade 11 at a Gold Coast, QLD, private school. Leo is a high-achieving student with a strong passion
for mathematics, physics, and computer
science. He recently received a High Commendation in the 2025 UQ/QAMT Mathematics Problem Solving
Competition and has been selected to attend the National Mathematics Summer School at ANU in 2026. Leo aspires to pursue a career in mathematics, physics, or artificial intelligence contributing to research and innovation at the
forefront of science and technology.
